Sebastiano, our grandfather, was a traditional Italian man. He stood for family, independent style and embracing the flavors of life. He arrived in New York in 1920 and headed straight West. Landing in Minneapolis, he worked hard his whole life. He taught us to enjoy the sweetness of each moment and appreciate family. All of our employees are family to us and some have been with us for nearly 20 years. Sebastian Joe’s is a salute to our Grandfather and is, and always will be, an independent, family run scoop shop for our customers, our employees, and our fantastic city!
